MEET COACH JAY

Transformational Performance Expert, Mental Strength Coach and Keynote Speaker

Dr. Jay Roundy is regarded as a leading transformational performance expert in sports and business. He has extensive background and experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve their performance goals through the development of mental strength and toughness. He is able to uniquely inspire a meaningful purpose, vision, and strategy resulting in execution that outperforms the competition in the midst of a demanding, complex, competitive, and constantly changing environment.

Sports and Business Transformational Performance Expert

Joe Roundy is regarded as a leading transformational performance expert in sports and business. With over 15 years of experience in sports and business leadership, Joe has designed, delivered, and managed training programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. 

He was a three-sport athlete in high school and accepted an athletic scholarship to play baseball in the Big 12. After college Joe signed with the San Francisco Giants and played 2 years in their organization. Following his playing career, Joe has held management positions and was responsible for improving the performance of managers and supervisors as well as in sales.

Joe excels in training and is able to establish a unique coaching, consulting, and training relationship with others that helps individuals, teams and organizations realize their maximum potential.
