Sport-specific, one-on-one training for athletes of all ages and experience levels. Our coaches can help you improve any aspect of your game.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Performance Plus strength training programs are designed to build muscle where it counts. Our coaches have years of experience helping athletes get bigger, better, and stronger while improving their power and explosiveness.
Duration: 60 minutes

SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS TRAINING

No matter what your sport, the faster you are, the more successful you’ll be. Not only will P2 help you get from Point A to Point B quicker, but we’ll also help you do it with better footwork and increased control.

MENTAL TOUGHNESS TRAINING

All the physical talent in the world is worthless without the right mental approach. P2 has decades of experience teaching elite athletes how to control their biology, set effective goals, and improve their focus.
