Ryan Sheehan, a football and baseball player, has been a Performance Plus athlete since 2012. He has worked to improve his sport specific strength and conditioning and has made great progress. In addition, Ryan played on the Performance Plus 18U Competitive Baseball Team in the Summer and Fall of 2013. He was a contributor to the Mountain Pointe High School 2013 Football State Championship, as well as a regular pitcher for the Varsity Baseball Team. He has received scholarship to play football at Colorado Mesa University beginning Fall, 2014.
