Fit ‘N 56

Fit N’ 56 is an 8 week program that helps build your strength inside and out! The program is based on the NEW system (Nutrition, Exercise, and KnoWledge) and is designed to change your life. Fit N’ 56 program includes:

• 30 minute consultation with a P2 coach
• Four, 50 minute workouts per week
• Weekly discussions on topics such as accountability, nutrition strategies, mental toughness, goal setting strategies, and many more
• Classes that focus on building your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength
• Multiple class times to accommodate your schedule!

We understand that it takes roughly 21 days to build, or break, any habit. It is our goal to coach you through those 21 days and then kick in to gear to help you take full advantage of those next 35!
